We had an awesome time camping on Lone Rock Beach at Lake Powell. It was quite the adventure pulling the trailer out onto the extremely soft sandy beach, but it was so worth it. Camping just steps from the beautiful clear water on the softest sand ever was so much fun. The kids spent hours playing on the beach and we had some neighbors that let the kids play fetch with their lab. Our friends had their boat so we even got to go out on the lake tubing and stuff. Thanks Greg & Richele for the great weekend! We even ventured over to the sandhill and our whole family participated in a death march to the top! Everyone made it, Hooray! And the swim at the bottom was SO refreshing! I was reminded of how spectacular Lake Powell is and I don't think we will wait so long before going again!!!
