To the Y!

Ethan and Trinity had been asking about going up to the "Y" and we finally decided the weather was good enough to attempt it. We got the backpacks from my parents and set out with plenty of snacks and water. We learned quickly that it was going to be impossible to keep up with Ethan, although Trinity did a pretty good job of it. He would wait for us at the turns and we were counting every one. I remembered it being pretty steep, but with a thirty pound kid on your back it, and just coming from two hours of aerobics, it was TOUGH! It was a beautiful day for the hike, and the kids were awesome troopers. Taryn and Zaiden walked the last bit. It was fun to sit at the top with the kids.
